Who You Gonna Call Live – April Event
Featuring Tony Cecere
Join us on Saturday 25th April for a special live online event with Tony Cecere, the stuntman who performed the fire burns for the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in Ghostbusters and on A Nightmare on Elm Street.
Hosted by Cleanin’ Up the Town filmmakers Claire Bueno and Anthony Bueno, this 2.5-hour session offers fans a rare opportunity to hear first-hand about stunt performance, stunt coordination and in particular the perilous endeavour of working with fire – a career started with thanks to Wes Craven’s Swamp Thing.
Tony will discuss his experiences working on Ghostbusters, the demands of stunt work in large-scale productions, and the collaboration required to safely execute action sequences on set. The conversation will also touch on his wider career, which spans decades, including work on major science-fiction and action productions.
Tony’s career includes stunt work on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, The Thing, Ghostbusters, The Terminator, Child’s Play, Con Air, Armageddon, Transformers and as stunt co-ordinator, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, Scream 2, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
